It is wonderful to watch the “girls” (the cows that is) coming home in the evenings to be milked and the dinging of the bell lets you know the local Donkey is going by with the milk urns on the way to the dairy. Horses and carts are an everyday sight and it is lovely to see the shepherds herding their flocks.
