PROPERTY MAINTENANCE / PERSONAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES FOR PROPERTY OWNERS
If you are looking to buy a holiday or second home or invest into Transylvania, we offer services such as looking after your property while you are not in the country, - sending you reports periodically, including photos, videos etc. to make sure your property is safe and clean when you are coming to spend your time and well look after while you are not in the country. We can make sure all your bills are paid, letters are scanned and forwarded and inform you about everything related to your property. Your information are safe with us as we enter into a contractual relationship, with you the owner, which is regulated by the European Union and Romanian laws. We know the country, regulations, culture inside-out and we can make sure your time spent here is safe and private. We can assist you from airport pickup, to organise your daily programmes. If you want further development to your property, such as building, rennovation, conversion etc. we can make sure that all building and services prices, quotations from suppliers are real and fully checked and monitorised, so you won't over spend. Our relationship with foreign home owners is bespoke to suit their exact needs.
PROPERTY VIEWING FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS
Once you have found one or more properties which you are interested in, you then have the choice between:
1 - Reserving the property through us, without going to Romania,
or
2 - Going to Romania to assess the properties and make your final decision.
We offer various packages of viewing trips which provide a perfect way to not only see your chosen property portfolio but also to take in the country itself (tour cost depends on your requirements).
Alternatively, we can meet you in Romania in the area of your choice to present you with our selection of properties which match your criteria.
VIEWING TRIP PACKAGES with TransylvanianProperties.

If you are planning to experience the treasures of Transylvania we can offer you advice to ensure your trip to Romania is one to remember. It is our wish to add to your reasons for making Romania your preferred choice as both a holiday destination and a place in which to own a property.
You will find below a brief summary of the viewing / inspections trips organised by us:
Package 1: 2 days
Cost: Your general travel costs* + our fee: £250.
Package 2: 3 days
Cost: Your general travel costs* + our fee: £350.
Package 3: 4 days
Cost: Your general travel costs* + our fee: £450.
Package 4: 5 days
Cost: Your general travel costs* + our fee: £550.
Package 5: 6 days
Cost: Your general travel costs* + our fee: £650.
* General travel costs = Flight costs + Transportation costs + Accomodation costs + Catering costs.
Notes:
- The above costs are for indicative purposes only.
- Depending on the properties / areas you wish to view, we are happy to customise your trip.
- The properties can generally be viewed from Monday to Saturday.
Once you have decided which property you wish to buy, you can reserve your property with us by post or e-mail.
The property of your choice will be reserved for a duration of 15 days.
In that period ww will start the purchasing process for you / with you - these details will be discussed during our first meeting.

Several airlines now fly frequently into Romania ’s largest airport in Bucharest.
British Airways – fly from Heathrow
Wizz Air – fly from Luton
Easy Jet – fly from Gatwick
Prices vary depending on when you decide to travel but you can usually buy a return ticket to Bucharest for under £200.

- your funds will not be transferred to the vendor until all paperwork is in order;
- explanations and certified translations will be provided;
- any recurring maintenance charges, running costs and local taxes will be fully explained;
- on-going support and after-sales advice will be part of the deal.
